Can I use my own delivery fleet?
Certainly Yes. Also you can configure the delivery charges basis the delivery distance.
How does a customer access my menu?
We offer multiple services like Dine-in, Pickups & Delivery. For Dine-in, customers can simply scan a QR code available at the table which will show the entire menu on their smartphones. The QR is to be scanned with the phone camera, no additional application is required. For delivery or pickups, a unique URL is created that can be used to market to your customers via your channels. We recommend you to tag the ordering URL on your social channels, websites and aggressively market it using your CRM.

How cancellation works?
Cancellation is completely upto you. Incase the product/service is not available you can opt for refund and the customer will get the money back in the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
How will I get paid for the business done?
We reconcile and settle the funds to your bank account on T+1 working day (Transaction day+1day).
